Schedule a private mediation or facilitation session

Contact us to schedule a mediation. Our online mediation system requires minimal equipment, and phone mediation is available for those without a computer, tablet or smartphone. Mediation charges are $150 per hour per party. A two hour minimum deposit is required from each party.

If you have already scheduled your session, instructions for paying the deposit are below.

Facilitations

Facilitations must be individually quoted. We can use an online environment, a venue you have available, or contact us to choose one of our venues.

Payment for canceled mediations

Please also use this payment amount to satisfy your obligation for late/improper cancellations of 4th Judicial District mediations.
